Sternberg Golf Services is a full-service golf course construction and management company with over 25 years experience and 30+ major golf construction projects completed worldwide. Overall, with 100+ employees and more than 50 millon USD worth of golf construction and management experience in 4 decades around the world, Sternberg Golf Services is one of the very few specialized golf construction companies to have earned a prestigeous Golf Digest Top 100 award for a newly constructed golf course.

Through his many years working with bunker construction and management, Martin has invented new ways of utilizing a special porous concrete as a bunker liner called Capillary Concrete®. Having worked with every single liner product on the market, and having shared every superintendents constant head aches with bunker management, he now believes this is the final solution to all bunker problems:

 For Sternberg Golf Services, golf is a passion. Martin Sternbergs father Jan became a scratch golfer at the age of seventeen and was Pennsylvania State Junior Champion in 1957. His sister Stina lives in New York and is a senior editor for Golf Digest, one of 5 Golf Digest Hot List judges and a Golf Channel hostess.  Martin himself turned professional at the age of nineteen. The company ethos is to live and breathe golf.

A graduate of the San Diego Golf Academy and former European mini-tour circuit professional, Martin Sternberg became the GCSAA´s first fully certified European Golf Course Superintendent in 1992, and built his first course with his father at the age of twenty-one. Since that time Sternberg Golf Services has been involved in more than thirty golf course construction projects worldwide. Martin built, owns and operates an Arthur Hills and Steve Forrest designed course in his hometown, and the company has extensive experience of managing a  number of other world-class golf courses.
